The Stetson Flyers Annual Meeting and Elections. This is required by the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.
We will convene the Annual General Meeting at the field on Saturday October 24nd (Rain day: Sunday October 25rd). We’ll do this in combination with the Fall Winter Prep of the field.

NOTES:
Field: At this time, we continue to liaise and negotiate with the City of Ottawa for the future use of the field. The club’s executive continues to be optimistic given the City’s ongoing willingness to work with us over the past months, that we will be successful in reaching an agreement (as opposed to telling us up front that there is no way forward and that we need to vacate).
Elections: We anticipate that the current executive of the club as well as those in supporting roles are all willing to continue into 2027. However, if you would like to run for one of the positions or feel that a change in leadership is needed in one or more roles, please consider running for one of the elected positions (i.e., core executive positions).
